Clinical Architecture worked with Allscripts to deliver a single, elegant and user-friendly solution that would enable Allscripts applications to implement, maintain and distribute clinical terminologies. Allscripts selected Symedical Server based on the product’s technical sophistication, terminology automation and run-time performance. In addition to its interface terminology, ICD-10 and Meaningful Use value sets, Allscripts is also taking advantage of how Symedical Server “understands” terminologies to deliver advanced search capabilities through the use of the product’s run-time services (APIs).
